Before placing your order you can let us know if there's any crystals you'd rather not receive (for example, I already own a lot of labradorite and would like to try something new!)
You're also free to tell Nikki a theme in the order notes like astrological signs, new appartment, pastel etc.
To keep the Mystery Box a mystery we recommend keeping the list short and sweet, so you'll be wonderfully suprised upon receiving your order.
Order notes can be found in your cart before ordering.
Nikki will do her best to prevent repeat crystals (example: your order contains amethysts, Nikki will try to prevent adding more amethyst pieces, unless you specifiy otherwise)
To prevent exploitation; for Mystery Boxes we do not accept refunds, we can only reimburse through store credit.
