    if within 14 days of receiving your parcel you're not satisfied with your order you may request a return/refund. never return damaged items without letting us know: email us a photos with a clear description of the problem.

    within the grace period, you may send your complete order back in the same condition you received it in, in order to get a full refund. Unfortunately we can't reimburse your shipping costs.

  • refunds

    we offer refunds through store credit and per the original payment method through which you paid for your order. since each crystal is unique and supply is limited we can't swap your item, however you can always place a new order

    For online readings we do not accept refunds, though, if you e-mail us, we can reschedule or reimburse you through store credit. If unprocessed, within 14 days of the initial purchase, you're eligible for reimbursement. Please take a grounding breath before placing a session.

    You have until 24 hours before your scheduled reading or before your reading was sent to you per e-mail to request a rescheduling. If either of those conditions have been met, we can look into partial reimbursement.

    Within 14 days of the initial purchase you're eligible for reimbursement: if your reading has taken place and you're not satisfied with your reading, we offer partial refunds through store credit with your reading to keep things fair for everyone involved.

Nalite teaches people how to be more in touch with themselves because we want people to realise that everything that comes from within has a reason, including the urge to participate in retail therapy.
