FINDING PURPOSE

Our goal is to make spirituality accessible, regardless of where you're at in life. A lot of the time spirituality is shown as 'coming to the yoga mat to be whole and centred', this never felt applicable to Nikki. Tarot was never about a prince coming to save her life, and crystals were often forgotten in a drawer through the thick of things. Utilising these tools when you're in 'alignment' can't be all there is to it. Nalite is about finding and integrating ways to incorporate mindfullness and spirituality into real life.

nalite is for the present moment:

the beautiful, the whole and the difficult and challenging.

helping you actionably show up for yourself with compassion and gentle self-introspection.

personal journey

Nikki has had the idea to start Nalite since at least 2019. She's long struggled with mental health and chronic pain, now that they feel ready Nalite is proudly coming to you in 2025.

what a joy to be able to make your hobby your life
